Palomar RC Flights of Fancy - Saturday, July 23, 2005

Sponsored by San Diego Aerospace Museum

All Students attended three classes of approximately 2 hrs each:

• Radio Controlled hands-on instruction using dual controls with RC Airplanes. Instructors provide verbal commands.
• General RC Model building and aviation performance - using mockup RC planes and displays.
• Model Building - Each student builds and flies a rubber powered model airplane.

Students take part in a competive flying competition to determine the longest flight. The winner received a complete RC airplane and radio system to continue their education.
